Hey! I actually couldnt pass up doing some jazz today. Im in such a mellow mood hehe. Ive always adored this song. The past couple of weeks ive been utterly addicted to Julie Londons version of the song. I bought a beautiful ‘Cocktail piano’ version from itunes which is what im using as backing.. And ive got a new rule now when it comes to recording. It’s do it in one try or nothing!! It just feels pointless sometimes doing 10-15 recordings, one after the other of a song. I end up getting tired after just a couple takes and the feeling for the song just isnt as strong. From now on im going to just aim for the one recording where I put absolutely all of myself into. Of course theres going to be imperfections but then whats new there? hehe! This here is the first of those one takes. I think its more exciting this way to hahah I hope you all like :~) Thank you for listening!

Question by vsprincess: Music/Songs Please Help Me:)?
Hello, So i was listening to Julie London – Cry me a river and Michael Bubles version to the song, and I was wondering when the song was made?
I need to find 1940′s music (possibly sad like this if you know any, but list all you know).
So when was Julie London – Cry me a river made?
Oh and only femalw singers please or duets
they can be sad/sexy and happy songs please
oh and possibly ‘wartime’ music
oh and possibly ‘wartime’ music. WWII
